What we do after receiving a valid notice
- We will promptly remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content.
- We will notify the uploader (if identifiable) and may provide them with your contact details so they can respond.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including: your contact info, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.
